Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: August 4, 2025


๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Warranty Policy

All items include a 30-day warranty starting from the day the item is dispatched from our facility.

If a product is defective, it may be returned for an exchange of the same item only. Substitutions are not permitted unless the original item is out of stock and cannot reasonably be restocked.

Condition Requirements

  • ๐Ÿ†• New items must be returned in brand-new condition with all original packaging and contents.

  • ๐ŸŽฎ Pre-played items must be returned in the same condition and with the same packaging they were sold with.

All defective items will be tested by our staff.

  • If the item is confirmed defective, a replacement of the same item will be shipped at no cost to the customer.

  • Items found to be non-defective will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Warpzonegaming.ca is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending items back to us or returning non-defective items to the customer.

We offer a 30-day return window, beginning the day you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • โš ๏ธ Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to ship your item.

Warpzonegaming.ca is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


๐Ÿšซ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • ๐ŸŽง Headsets

  • ๐Ÿ‘• Clothing or worn items

  • ๐Ÿ’ณ Gift cards

  • ๐Ÿ›๏ธ Sale items


๐Ÿ”„ Exchanges

To receive a different item, return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


โŒ Cancellations

Refunds will not be issued for cancellation of:

  • In-stock items

  • Backordered items

  • Pre-orders

Only store credit will be provided.

Some items may be marked non-cancellable. These cannot be refunded or credited under any circumstances.


๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds (Store Credit Only)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved, store credit will be issued to your account for the approved amount.

Refunds will not be issued as cash โ€” only store credit is available.
Refund policy applies to online purchases only. In-store purchases follow the in-store return policy.


๐Ÿ›’ Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are non-cancellable, except for store-credit-only cancellations.
Some items may be labeled as non-cancellable, meaning no refunds or credits will be issued.


๐Ÿ’ฒ Price Drops

If a publisher reduces the retail price of an item, we will issue the difference as store credit to all affected customers.
