All orders from Warp Zone Gaming are now shipped using our Guaranteed In-a-Box Service at no additional charge. Every order is securely packed in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure your collectibles and games arrive safe and sound.

🕒 Full Order Shipping

To ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy, we now ship orders only when all items are available. If your order includes pre-orders or backordered items, it will ship once all products are in stock.

We will reserve all your items until the order can ship complete.

🚫 Free Shipping Exceptions

Even if you qualify for free shipping, some items may be excluded due to size and weight. These will be clearly noted at checkout.

🇨🇦 Free Shipping Within Canada

• Spend $200 CAD or more and select the Free Shipping option at checkout.
• Orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited, Lettermail, or UPS, depending on item size and location.
• Larger items (controllers, accessories, consoles) ship with tracking via Canada Post Expedited or UPS.
• Some large or heavy items may be excluded from free shipping and will show shipping costs at checkout.

🇺🇸 Free Shipping to the USA

• Free shipping is available for orders over $400 CAD.
• Orders ship via USPS First-Class, Priority Mail, or UPS, based on size.
• All shipments include tracking.

🧾 Note: Orders are processed in Canadian Dollars. Your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion fees.

🌍 International Shipping

• International orders ship with Tracked Airmail or UPS, depending on weight, size, and destination.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery time varies by country (typically 14–30 business days).
• Free shipping is available on international orders over $500 CAD, excluding oversized items.
• Tracking may take 2–3 days to activate depending on your country.

⚠️ Shipping Timelines

• In-stock items ship within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri).
• Pre-orders ship on or just before the release date.
• Tracking is provided once the order has been dispatched.

🔁 Return to Sender / Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reshipping fee.

🇬🇧 UK Customers – VAT Notice

We currently do not collect UK VAT at checkout. Any applicable VAT or customs fees will be collected by your local postal service. We are working on a future update to comply with HMRC VAT regulations.
