This does NOT contain or provide any expansions/DLC (beyond the Switch 2 Upgrade Pack). When inserted into a Switch 1 console, the Switch 1 version of this game will be playable. When inserted into a Switch 2, the "Switch 2 Upgrade Pack" is activated via the use of the Switch 2 Edition cartridge – no digital voucher or additional purchase is necessary; the cartridge itself provides the data and necessary ownership licence/ticket. The user cannot disable the Switch 2 Upgrade Pack when using a Switch 2 Edition cartridge; it cannot be disabled or removed like digitally owned Upgrade Packs. Should you choose to run the original Switch 1 version of this game on a Switch 2 for whatever reason, you will require a separate digital or Switch (black) physical cartridge. Save data is not separate between the Switch 1 and Switch 2 Edition of this game: progress can be continued losslessly without any transfer tool(s).
